THANKS--Re: Need to borrow an OP book for 1 week

Thank you to several librarians who steered me to the correct author of =
_Prancer_. Once I had the name, Stephen Cosgrove, I was able to order =
several copies of the book through Amazon. A friend then found a copy at =
a local Barnes & Noble. Even more thanks go to those Texas librarians =
who offered to loan me the book by mail.=20

Happy Holidays to those of you lucky enough to have this week off. We =
start celebrating Friday at 2:15!

  Good morning!

  Every librarian's worst nightmare (well, one of them) has happened. A =
teacher friend is counting on using my personal copy of a book that we =
both love with her students next week.

  The book is Prancer, a 1989 (?) adaptation of a movie by the same name =
that starred Sam Elliott as the father of the little girl who finds the =
injured reindeer.

  I have checked all the online sources, area book stores, and =
libraries.

  Please contact me privately at the e-mail addresses below if you would =

  be willing to mail a copy of the book to me by overnight delivery. Of=20
  course, I will gratefully reimburse you for all mailing expenses and=20
  return the book within a week.
