LM_NET: Library Media Networking

In this situation (which has come up often - kids leaving books in the trunk
of their car) we toss the book and charge the replacement cost.  The issue
with mold is more than does it ruin the pictures or not.  There are all
kinds of kids who have allergies to mold - some very severe.
