Am I getting to be an old fuddy-duddy or does anyone else have any problems with Phyllis Naylor's new book "Jade Green". I purchased it on the recomendation of our local bookstore manager whose recommendations I trust and accidently recommended it to one of our Sixth grade students without reading it first (last time I do that). When she returned it I could tell something in the book bothered her so I immediately took it home and read it. Is it just me or are there far too many sexual references in the book for the average middle school reader? It's rated by amazon.com for the 10-14 year old but I don't agree. Is anyone else bothered by this book?
