Several people have asked me about grading  the Tiger Woods card.

There are several companies which grade sports and collectible cards:

The way it works is, you send them your card (insured, I hope), the
appropriate fee, and they evaluate its condition and give it a rating. I
think they seal it in plastic and put some kind of CoA on it, and mark it
with their grading. Then you can advertise it or sell it as PSA 9, or SGC
85, or whatever.
