Job Outlook in Colorado

I have been asked by a student of Library Science to ask my friends on LM Net what 
the job outlook in Media looks like in Colorado.  Are there specialist jobs 
available, particularly in Denver and the outlying areas?  What are job conditions 
like (ie: Do elementary MS' teach most of the day on a fixed schedule, how is 
technology, funding, budgets, etc . . . ).  Also, are most of your schools year 
around or do they follow the ten month pattern.  Also, if she is interested in 
pursuing a career opportunity in Colorado, what is the best way to apply?  Thanks 
in advance for your help!
