Hi Kathy, We purchased 10 Nova Desks 3 years ago and they worked quite well. However, one was delivered broken and we are went round and round with Nova to replace it. After spending countless hours on the phone with Nova we finally gave up on getting a replacement desk. They made it incredibly difficult, putting the impetus repeatedly back on us, requesting the same information over and over. They kept placing the blame on the middleman supplier, and causing other delays. Finally, we decided the time spent on getting them to replace the one damaged desk was not worth the effort and surrendered. The broken one still sits in our storage area. I could not, in good faith, advise positively on dealing with Nova at all whatsoever.
