LM_NET: Library Media Networking
I ran into the same problem this Christmas. We bought a DVD player and a =
home-theater-in- a-box. Now, how to connect everything to a TV with just =
a coaxial input (cable). I asked around if there was a box that would =
accept the RCA plugs on one end and a coax on the other. Was told that =
such an animal didn't exist. Then, while looking at TVs at an electronics =
store and explaining my dilemma, the salesman told me all I needed was an =
RF converter box. They were out, but I found one at Radio Shack. Costs =
about $30. They were originally designed for people trying to hook up =
their video games to the TV.
I didn't have to spend the bucks for a new TV, but after making the =
decision to buy, it was a bit of a letdown not to go from a 19" to a 27". =
Maybe next year.

On a humorous note, my Televisions at home are so ancient that I cannot
connect a DVD player or the new Playstation2 so my own children are =
viewing
DVD movies on the iMac whenever possible. =20
