looking for video

Hello all,
A teacher at my school is looking for a video to go with a book that was
made in 1975.  The title of the book is Sarah T., Portrait of a teen-age
alcoholic.  On the cover of the book it says based on the Universal
Television Publication by Richard and Ester Shapiro.  I tried calling School
Media Associates and they didn't have it.  I searched the internet to no
avail.  I called Universal Television, and the person there told me it was a
made for TV movie (probably an after school special).  Does anyone out there
have this video or know where I can get a copy of it?
