Detroit area

Hello all!  This email is on a personal note.  My
husband just matched for a residency program at Henry
Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.  I will be leaving
the NY Metro area (after being a life time NYer).  I
am curious about the job market for school librarians
in he area.  I have an M.L.S. from Queens College (in
NY), permanent NYS K-12 LMS certification.  I have a
letter into the Michigan Dept of Ed inquiring about
certification standards.  Was hoping for some
practical advice.
