AOL and Hotmail HTML Problems

I want to thank George Bynum and Dan Robinson for taking the time to try to
solve the HTML problems of messages posted in AOL 6.0 and Hotmail.  I opened
a Hotmail account and sent a message to George in both formats so we could
see what the differences were.

Hopefully everything will work out.  Also thanks to all of the AOL 6.0 users
who let us know that they were using that version of the program so that we
could understand why the message was being sent in both formats.
