Our school system is going to a union catalog in September 2001. I am
on a committee to develop Inter-Library Loan guidelines. We are a
system with 57 schools. Of these, 36 are elementary, 11 are middle, 9
are high school and 1 is a tech center. Can you share your
guidelines/policies for Inter-Library Loan. It would be helpful to know
what works and what doesn't work and what processes need to be in place
to facilitate ILL?

Thanks to all.
