Target: 4th grade activities on table of contents and indexes

Dear LM netters,

I have plenty of worksheets to use with my fourth grades on how to use
an index and a table of contents. I was trying to find some activities
that would teach this skill by using a game perhaps in the form of
trivia questions. Does anyone have some "fun" activities or questions on
these concepts.  I will be presenting to two classes of 16 students each
at grade level ability.  TIA
