Hit: Sagebrush Winnebago Problems

Here is the post I promised.  I heard from 10 people and of those 10,
6 had problems with the circ freezing up.  Either the mouse would
freeze or the scanner would freeze.  One person thought it was
because of the Mac she was on as when she switched to PC her problem
was solved.  (I am using a PC and it freezes on that so I don't think
that is the problem.)  Also, one person uses a towel to place her
scanner on and now only has freezes once or twice a month instead of
4 times a day.  One person said that Sagebrush has indicated version
5, which is coming out very soon, should take care of the problem.
As far as the hand held, those who had it seemed to like it once they
got the software loaded.  The only complaint was that the battery did
not last as long as the manufacturer said it would.    Thanks for
