Praxis or PSST?

I'd appreciate any information or thoughts on these tests which I must take!

A similar post was made recently about these tests - I need one or the other
to receive a teaching and media license from a state other than from where
my original license came from.  Which is easier??!!

Argh, the hoops we must jump through...
