national Board cetification process

I am a student at UNC_G in NC and am volunteering to help at a
workshop/conference to aid in prep for National Board Certi8ficaation.
Also, I am working on a provisional license and want to apply for NB in
Media next year, as I have been teaching 25 years, they said that it was ok.
I hope, can anyone help with this question ?
