Hello group,

I am writing in case anyone has had this experience or knows of someone
who has. Hopefully someone might have information that can help.
My brother-in-law's son went hiking in the Emigrant Wilderness Area
near Yosemite, California. He has been missing for over a week! He was
supposed to be back July 1st. The local sheriff and rescue units have
been searching for a week. They have not found anything. In this
wilderness area hikers are not supposed to leave any trace that they
have been there. This does not help, if you need to be found! The
rescue has now been called off.

What I'd like to know is, is there any group or company any place in the
world that specializes in searches? Or do you know where I could start
to look for this information?

The rangers and rescue units seemed very though but we just can't give
up!

Thanks for your help.
