Hello,
        I wanted to let you know about something I did in conjunction with a
class reading Animal Farm.  I started off looking for posters that promoted
the Russian Revolution to share with the class.  I found websites that had
Chinese, Cuban and Eastern European posters as well.  I then added American
posters and Nazi posters from World War II.  I incorporated a number of
these into a powerpoint presentation with some questions for the students to
answer to help them focus on ways to judge these particular works.  It
worked out well as a way of teaching one aspect of media literacy.  I wanted
