Yesterday Maureen asked a question about Follett's WebCollection Plus. We do use it and are generally happy with its performance. I do have one quirky problem that keeps resurfacing and was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing and could offer any solutions. Often, not always, but often, when searching for an item (author, title, subject) you will need to click the PREVIOUS arrow in order to find the requested item at the bottom of the previous list. It appears to the student or whoever is searching that we do not have what is requested, when, in fact, we do. I catch it once in a while............ when I am within earshot and I KNOW that we have a particular title. But often students and staff leave the library (or check from home) thinking that we do not have what they are looking for. Our tech person has called Follett and tried some suggestions and, oddly, it worked for a while. But the problem continues ro resurface. Any suggestions, ideas, similar stories? I'd apprectiate any input. EC Eileen Culkin, LMS Inter-Lakes Jr. Sr. High School 1Laker Lane Meredith, NH 03253 ecullkin@inter-lakes.k12.nh.us "Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend.
