LM_NET: Library Media Networking
I too have received the comments about the glasses etc. I am 26, so many of
my peers are still in that "libraries are un-cool" phase. When I tell
someone, they generally pause disbelieving, and then say "really?" At this
point I lean in close and cut them off with a "SHHH!" It's funny to see
people's reaction! I laughed when I read someone else's post about lawyers
being so highly criticized as well, my boyfriend is a lawyer, so we're
constantly fielding such "humor." I've learned that you have to learn to
laugh at yourself...otherwise you'll be the only one *not* laughing! Enjoy
your summers!
