Hello, I am currently enrolled in the MLS program at SUNY Albany. I am also working as a librarian in a K-12 library. I am having trouble promoting our databases that we offer in the library. Both teachers and the students seem more interested in using the Internet. I have approached several teachers and explained about new and exciting databases. The teachers get all excited, but once they leave they never ask about them again. When students come in and research I use the databases with some, but others will not let us help. Does anyone have a great way of promoting databases in the library? Thanks, Raquel A. Norton, Librarian Gilbertsville- Mt.
