Trying to start AR

I am a classroom teacher who is trying to start AR in our school. We have
the software and I do have a media specialist who is supportive. I need
someone to "hold my hand" and get me started. I have tried but find it a bit
overwhelming. I have lots of questions and would like to hear from someone
who is willing to help me.

My first question is how do you figure out reading levels? Please respond to
me personally if you are willing to help me. Thanks in advance.
