OFF TOPIC: cooking, Kansas City

Hi gang!

I know that in the summertime we occasionally help each other out with
locating vacation spots and giving advice on places or events of
interest.

I am looking for a cooking class in the Kansas City area.  I wouldn't
mind an on-going series of classes, preferably affiliated with one of
the better reseaurants or food or cookware stores.

If you have any suggestions, please send them my way!
