Dear Group, I am the library-media specialist at a rural Vermont school. We have been unable to get funding for any automation. We do have a Library local area network with several WIN98 machines and a WIN98 based server. We have a couple more early Pentium level machines available to us. I have looked at OSS4LIB and etc. and I am mightily confused about What's Really Available and What Works... Can someone please tell us what you have implemented that is fairly successful?? We have some technical expertise available to us, including a person willing to do more with Linux. Pointers, suggestions would be greatly appreciated before we begin the Goosechase...
