Hi, everyone.
At the end of a very busy "Read Across America" Day last Friday, my
supervisor, who was a guest reader, asked me if I would present an inservice
workshop this coming Friday on great read alouds for first & second grade
teachers! Nothing like advance notice! We are anticipating lots of snow for
the beginning of the week & I won't be able to access my collection until
mid-week. I need your help!
I can structure this program any way that I want, by theme, genre, new
books, oldies but goodies, etc.
What absolute gems (picture books) come to mind that you would definitely
want to include?
Many thanks,
Becky Creswell
