Gen: Switching Vendors

Greetings,
The automation system we now use(Brodart's Precision One)will no longer be =
supported as of the end of this year.
We are switching vendors and wondered if anyone out there has recently =
switched from Brodart to another vendor. We were wondering what your =
experience has been with exporting records and the cost associated with =
that.  Please respond directly to me.  Thanks.  =
