Agriculture curriculum

Does anyone know of an agriculture, farming and/or animal husbandry
curriculum that would be appropriate for middle school? One of our teachers
needs to develop an alternative to the regular science curriculum for her
learning disabled son. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
