service/prices of vendors

Hello LM_NETers,

I have a verrrry limited budget.  So every dollar counts.  I usually order
all my books through Follett and have been happy thus far.  I noticed a
company called Publishers Quality Library Service (PQLS) has many of the
titles I would like to order cheaper thank Follett.  Even when I take into
consideration the shipping and processing charges PQLS is cheaper by about
$1.35 each book.  The books I  am considering are not Follett Bound.  Has
anyone used this company?  What is your experience?  Do you have any other
wise thoughts regarding the prices?
