A teacher asked me about highly visual sites that he could use to teach the history of railroads to his 4th graders. His biggest complaint on sites he'd already found was that they were too difficult - seemed to be written for adults (plus we have lots of English Language Learners.) After looking myself, I tend to agree with him. In case you know of some hidden gem out there, please send it along. *_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_* Gayle Hodur Snail Mail: District Librarian Main Street Middle School Soledad Unified School Dist. 441 Main Street Soledad, CA 93960 Soledad, CA 93960 831-678-3923 UnGayle on Instant Messenger =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-= All postings to LM_NET are protected under copyright law.
