Talk about surfing the web! Reading Patrick Crispen's issue of Tourbus:

When you get to this page, click on the second article down in the left
column to read a wonderful "analysis" of standardized testing. Before a
thread of anti- remarks starts, realize that this article IS parody, and
is not meant to put down specific individuals. Nor am I -- but as a
former Chem teacher who had difficulty covering the material BEFORE the
days of standardized testing, I wonder how they do it now with all the
class time used up for testing.
