Hi all, Thanks for all your responses. I wasn't planning on posting a hit so as I read each response I deleted it. Then, I received Janet's (from Mexico) message asking for a hit. So here goes from memory. Most people thought that PQLS was a very good service. Their response time and filling orders is excellent. They don't charge for shipping if you prepay. Their bindings are more of a trade book than library bindings. Their prices are generally cheaper than Follett. Some felt the $1-$3 saving per book was not worth the lack or processing or partial processing. Some had to manually add the information into their computers and attach the mylar cover. One person loved their catalog and used it to help her create her book orders. In the nutshell it seems Follett is good for the majority of your book order but PQLS is good for fill in orders or small orders during the year. Since saving a few dollars on each book is most important to me than processing (we are not automated), I will send Follett my main order and I will order two dozen David Adler picture biography books and some DK Eyewitness books. I will save approximately $60 over Follett.
