TARGET: H.S. Interview Questions

Hello All,  We are conducting interviews for a new LMS
tomorrow afternoon.  We are brainstorming for
questions to ask and we wondering if anyone had any
good, thoughtful questions that they have had success
using, asking or answering.  Also, any library
specific writing samples?
