SEC: Book Suggestions Needed!

Each spring we choose a theme to incorporate into the following year's
curriculum and planning.  Next year's theme is COMMUNITY.  We are now
looking for an appropriate book for all students (grades 9-12) and
faculty
to read over the summer, preferably fiction., that touches upon some
aspect
of community. Titles we are looking at (to show the looseness of the
term):
Red Sky At Morning, A Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich, and In the
Heart
of the Sea.  Do any of you have suggestions to make?  We have to decide
this
by the end of the week!  Thanks so much.
