Recommended staffing levels

Can someone send me in the direction of a page which has the recommended
staffing levels for school libraries based on staff levels and or
enrolment figures - I have the one from Australia but would like others
from other countries as we are living in an international school
community here in Hong Kong. i have searched for about an hour and can't
find spefific figures which I know are there.
