I recommended the book "The Power of One" by Bryce Courtenay, to a young man who vowed that he couldn't read it because it was too long. He has now has come back to me telling me that he loved it and wants another book like it. He is a football player, a somewhat reluctant reader, but a very nice young man that just needs to be pushed a little. I am familiar with the Chris Crutcher books, book would like something more challenging. Any recommendations? -- Adam Janowski, Library Media Specialist Naples High School Library Media Center, Naples, Florida Email: janowsad@collier.k12.fl.us Website: http://collier.k12.fl.us/nhs/lmc =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-= All postings to LM_NET are protected under copyright law.
