Suggestions for Beverly Cleary for 3rd graders

Hi!  I'm planning to honor Beverly Cleary as my author of the month this November 
for 3rd graders. I usually do a variety of activities, including reading aloud, 
flannelboard stories, games, contests, and art activities.  I'm brain dead when it 
comes to her. All I've come up with so far is to read aloud "Socks", and booktalk 
her other works. Any suggestions?
