As part of our all-school audit, I have been told that I need to have the library inventory on disk. I was told that the shelf list did _not_ constitute the inventory; rather, that the inventory was the card catalog (which is not complete). This does not make sense to me. I was also informed that this inventory should be on disk, off site. Can anyone offer support or clarification on this matter? Thanks so much.
