Elem: Librarian in two schools

This is my second year as a library media specialist working in two different
elementary schools. I am just curious as to how other librarians working in
two schools handle the following...

1. How do you collaborate with teachers?

2. How often do you see students for library instruction? what type of
schedule is used?

3. How do you handle book circulation?

Thank you for any help you can provide me before I have a nervous breakdown!
