Kids Today Won't Experience?

I have a teacher who has to give a speech and he wanted to know the name of
college that does an information list of the things kids today won't
experience because of the things that happened, etc. before they were born
and have went out of style. Kids born after 1984 won't know about 8 track
tapes, having to turn the tv on; maybe never used a record player,
typewriter, etc.  I hope someone will know what I'm talking about or have a
copy of that list.
