Re: Printing in Winnebago Spectrum

Jinnie -

We had also installed Winnebago Spectrum 5 and had difficulties
printing. First of all a browser (Netscape) screen would pop up with the
materials to be printed on it. Then when we tried to print we got a
series of solid lines but no data.

A call to Tech support left us more confused as they thought that we
didn't have enough memory.

One of our tech guys solved the problem: Spectrum 5 DOESN'T LIKE
Netscape. So we installed Internet Explorer as our default browser and
now when the browser screen pops up with the data, the screen is from IE
and we can print out a clean copy.
