Preamble to Constitution from 9/17

Hi to all, Back around 9/17 several people had mentioned Pres. Bush being on
TV at 4PM to read the Preamble and do role call of the 50 states.  I wasn't
abel to be home at that time, so asked our BOCES multimedia center to copy
it.  Supposedly it was to be on all channels.  Unfortunately it wasn't on
the channel they tried to tape for me.  Did anyone actually see it?  I had
mentioned it to my 4th & 5th grade teachers and they wanted to be able to
show the boys & girls.  Is there any place to get a copy of it if it was
actually on?  Is it worth pursuing to get or even see if PBS might have
taped it?  Thanks ahead.  Donna
