Flatland

 Someone recently wanted information on the novel Flatland.The 8th grade
English teacher at my school uses it. The following is a short review .
Flatland is a satirical novel that uses geometric shapes to represent the
class of Victorian Britain. It focuses on class structure, lack of
education for women, role of women in this society, stigma of mental health
problems, and the glorification of getting material possessions as the
measure of success.
