We use different colored labels for each level and then put the book label
that AR will generate in the back of the book. If you don't label them, the
kids will not be able to find appropriate books...it takes some of them long
enough as it is! We have not encountered any stigma problems...we make a
point to not make it an issue. I use lots of examples that everyone is
different/better than others in SOMETHING and the only way to get better is
to practice reading IN THEIR ZONE!
