Well,
hello librarians and our favorite Latin friend, Et Al....

Army Times just published (okay, just arrived today) today that the program
to send along notes of thanks and well-wishing has been terminated due to
the anthrax problem...

I would have opted for postcards only and nothing in envelopes... oh well...

Now the other programs - video email and such - sound wonderful and very
easily doable...
Just don't plan on sending any parcels or envelopes in the mail... well, not
until all this anthrax mess is solved...
