TARGET: reading software

I apologize for the cross postings.  The technology coordinator in my school
district is looking for software that can be used at the secondary level to
improve student reading levels.  It will be used specifically with the First
Nations students at my school and is part of a program to improve the
graduation rates of our First Nations students.  The technology coordinator
wants software that he knows has been tried and has been successful.  If
anyone out there has had success with software like this could you please
