I need a bit of help. A teacher was observed today by someone from the = district office. The observer refused to allow the teacher to see the = recorded observations. When I was in the classroom I was always given a = copy of any observation notes when the observer left or shortly after. = Does anyone out there know the law on this one? Does the freedom of = information act apply here? Can anyone suggest any action?
