ANN: RL Stine on Today Show: Subject: Kids and Fear

Hi, LM_NETters!

As many of you know, RL Stine has been a good friend for eight years--of that
I am very proud--he has been a champion of literacy and a staunch supporter.

What many of you may not know is that he lives in New York City and was home
on September 11. He has been asked by The Today Show to make his annual
Halloween appearance, but to alter it and discuss kids and fear. I invite you
all to tune in on Wednesday, October 31 to your local NBC station to watch as
he discusses children and fear...(and, no, he does not know I am posting
this...just thought you might enjoy watching).

It should be a very insightful segment.
