Thanks for your wonderful input. I bought a container that fits on a
bookshelf to hold the high school information.

I use magazine sleeves for any vertical files...but just use as an
example
for elementary students to see!

If there is not a lot of material I would suggest just using a simple
magazine storage file.

Use a filing cabinet with hanging files, keep them in alphabetical
order.  You may use regular folders within the hanging files for
sub-headings.  Personally, we did away with vertical files because there
is very little they can't get on the internet anymore.  Ultimately you
may be better off creating a website/webliography for these various
agencies/articles.  Just a suggestion!
