Thanks for your wonderful input. I bought a container that fits on a bookshelf to hold the high school information. J. Anita Drain Hay Springs, NE Use a filing cabinet with hanging files, keep them in alphabetical order. You may use regular folders within the hanging files for sub-headings. Personally, we did away with vertical files because there is very little they can't get on the internet anymore. Ultimately you may be better off creating a website/webliography for these various agencies/articles. Just a suggestion! J'aime L.
