Dear LMNETTERS:

Some years ago (1997) the Benton Foundation published a book called The =
Learning Connection: Schools in the Information Age, where they =
discussed issues about computer networking in US Schools, about how the =
new technologies are affecting or not learning in schools. What I want =
to know if this same discussion- in relation with this book- was made =
concerning school libraries and librarians. Did the American Library =
Association or School Library Association in US had any comments about =
the issues mentioned in this book?=20

TIA in advance...
