SEC - TARGETconsumer question

LMNET:

While opening some ridiculously foil/peel packaged iron pills for my
arthritic mother, it occurred to me that this would make an ideal authentic
assignment opportunity for several high school classes: Tech classes - how
to design easy to open yet secure medications. English - writing letters of
complaint to company. Business - Ditto above. I DID write the company to
complain and will share with my health teacher as well. I was wondering if
anyone else had a consumer complaint idea that actually happened to them
that I could pass along to my students/staff?
