Dear Netters, I see 38 half hour classes per week in 3 buildings. I have the full responsibility for the media center in 2 buildings. I feel like I am in a constant cattle drive. (Round'em up, Head'em out, Rawhide!) Do you have some ideas taht will make the transitions between lesson, checkout, and quiet reading time that really work? I am also looking for journal articles that have usable suggestions. I am on review this year and journal articles look good on the professional development plan. Thanks!
